Every Ceramic Pro and KAVACA product we install carries a manufacturer-backed warranty, registered to your vehicle and documented on CARFAX. The complete terms issued by Ceramic Pro are published below — nothing summarized, nothing hidden.
Ceramic Pro PPF and Ceramic Pro Matte PPF are warrantied for the lifetime of the vehicle's original factory paint. Ceramic Pro Urban film is warrantied for 10 years. KAVACA films are covered in the same document.
Ceramic Pro ION and Gold packages are warrantied for the lifetime of the vehicle from the date of application. Terms for every coating package are in the document.
Ceramic Pro / KAVACA window film is warrantied free of manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the vehicle from the date of application.
Ultimate Armor and Ultimate Armor+ are warrantied for the lifetime of the vehicle from the date of application.
Coverage for factory seats and interior surfaces treated with Ceramic Pro LUX.
Ceramic Pro SHIFT Color PPF is warrantied for twelve (12) years from the date of application.
How coverage works. Warranties are registered in the vehicle owner's name by your certified installer and are kept current with the annual service described in each document. Coverage applies to manufacturer defects in the product — each document lists exactly what is included and what is excluded.
CARFAX. Ceramic Pro is CARFAX Certified, so the services we perform can be listed on your vehicle's CARFAX report — useful documentation for resale and for your insurer.
Claims. Warranty claims are submitted to Ceramic Pro LLC at ceramicpro.com/warranty-support. The current master terms are published at ceramicpro.com/warranty. If you need help with a claim, call us and we will walk you through it.
